Dear EyeFive Client,

EyeFive takes pride in providing quality products at great prices for our resellers. Over the past several months we have been receiving complaints due to the low prices resellers are offering our products on eBay®, Amazon and other similar auction websites. Unfortunately the pricing wars have gotten out of
control. We are now implementing a new policy.

EyeFive is no longer going to allow our products to be sold on eBay®.

We feel it is no one’s best interest to have our products sold at very low prices. In the past we have attempted to implement a Minimum Advertised Price Policy, this worked for a time but the prices again dropped to unacceptable levels.

We value our relationship with you and we would like it to continue well into the future. The policy will go into effect February 1, 2012.

We are considering our options and may allow a few authorized sellers in the future.

Details of Price Increase

In over ten years of business we have never raised our wholesale prices.
Starting Jan 3rd 2012 EyeFive will be implementing a new price structure for
all of our products. We pride ourselves on having the safest products with
the highest quality ingredients.  However, this does come at an additional
cost.

The price increase is due in part to the following factors:

1) Raw ingredient costs have increased on average 20 to 30% alone in 2011.
That does not include the increases from the previous years.

2) The cost of plastic and fuel costs have increased the price of bottles,
bottling and manufacturing.

3) New GMP regulations require us to test every single raw material for
potency, identity and density to remain compliant.
