Yes, most of our products are all natural herbal supplements. We recommend that anyone with any medical conditions consult their physician before using our products. 

Are the products FDA approved?

No. The FDA does not regulate herbal supplements in the United States but our products are manufactured to NNFA / GMP guidelines which are the strictest safety laws for safe manufacturing.

How will I know when my merchandise has been shipped?

You will receive a tracking number by email for all orders shipped by FedEx and USPS that includes tracking.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes, we offer a no questions asked 90-day money back guarantee for retail orders. We do not offer a money back guarantee on Wholesale & Drop Shipping orders. If any of the product is damaged during the shipment we will replace any returned items at no expense.

How long will it take to get my order?

You should receive your order in 2-5 business days. International customers should allow 3-10 business days. Please note: International shipping charges do not include applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country.
